Returns & Refunds

  • We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase. If you experience an issue, please contact our Support Team at support@javadock.com.au with:

    • A brief description of the fault or reason for return

    • Photos and/or a short video showing the damage or fault

  • Our team will first attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue remotely. Many issues can be fixed without returning the product.

  • If it’s determined that your product may be faulty, we’ll provide you with return instructions and help coordinate the shipment for assessment.


Warranty

  • All machines and accessories are covered by the official Australian supplier/manufacturer warranty.

  • In some cases, products may need to be returned to the manufacturer or supplier for inspection and repair/replacement.

  • Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.


Return Requirements

  • Products must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

  • All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

  • Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process.


Change of Mind Returns

  • For accessories and consumables, we accept returns within 14 days if items are unused and unopened, in original packaging.

  • Unfortunately, coffee machines cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or used.
