A brief description of the fault or reason for return

Photos and/or a short video showing the damage or fault

Our team will first attempt to troubleshoot and resolve the issue remotely. Many issues can be fixed without returning the product.

If it’s determined that your product may be faulty, we’ll provide you with return instructions and help coordinate the shipment for assessment.
Warranty

All machines and accessories are covered by the official Australian supplier/manufacturer warranty.

In some cases, products may need to be returned to the manufacturer or supplier for inspection and repair/replacement.

Warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, misuse, or accidental damage.
Return Requirements

Products must be returned in secure packaging to prevent damage during transit.

All original accessories, manuals, and packaging must be included.

Once your return is approved, we’ll guide you step-by-step through the process.
Change of Mind Returns

For accessories and consumables, we accept returns within 14 days if items are unused and unopened, in original packaging.

Unfortunately, coffee machines cannot be returned for change of mind once opened or used.
